Philosophy at Southampton is 2nd in the UK for Graduate Prospects
In the recently published Times Good University Guide for 2014, Philosophy at Southampton was ranked 2nd in the UK for graduate prospects. This figure is based on the proportion of graduates in professional employment or further study six months after graduation.
This fantastic result reflects the hard work and ambition of our students, as well as the support which staff in Philosophy, the Faculty, and the University provide.
It follows swiftly from the results of the most recent National Student Survey, in which 100% of students on the Philosophy BA agreed that they were satisfied overall with their course, placing us 1st in the UK.
