Professor Chris Armstrong has published in The Conversation an article on human rights abuse in the fishing industry.

Prof. Armstrong is a political theorist expert of global justice, climate justice, natural resources and territorial rights. The essay summarizes Prof. Armstrong ongoing research on the topic, highlights how changes in the fishing industries have exacerbated existing problems, and suggests potential policy interventions to mitigate the problem. The article offers a great introduction to the topic for the non- experts, but also links to the most recent cutting edge research on these issues for those that are interested in deepening their knowledge.
