The website for the Studying Lifecourse Obesity PrEdictors (SLOPE) project launched today.

The aim of the SLOPE project is to utilise existing individual and area-level routine data to identify maternal and early-life risk factors for childhood obesity, and to develop a risk identification system for predicting childhood obesity using routinely-collected population-level data. The SLOPE project is being undertaken by members of the Primary Care and Population Sciences research group within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton. More information on the project is available on the about us page, and information on the team members can be found on the affiliated staff page.
