'Maritime Law' is published in a second edition
A second edition of Maritime Law has just been published.
This comprehensive text book on shipping law is written by researchers and shipping law experts based at the University of Southampton and its aim is to provide a comprehensive guide to shipping law for newcomers to the field and to encourage those who are discovering and developing a love for this exciting and constantly developing field of law.
The second edition has been updated to take into account new case law, legislation and standard terms and contains an entirely new chapter on shipbuilding, sale, financing and registration. The chapter on marine insurance has been expanded.
The editor of the book is Professor Yvonne Baatz and it is published by Sweet & Maxwell.
