Previously, students have found this an excellent opportunity to meet potential employers and explore possible dissertation projects. Coastal seminar series These seminars are intended for students and staff, recent graduates and invited professionals

Olwen completed the MSc Engineering in the Coastal Environment in 2011 and then worked briefly as a Coastal Researcher at the University of Southampton, before joining Halcrow in June 2012. She has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from port and marina developments in the UK, Middle East and South-east Asia, to annual beach monitoring surveys and stakeholder engagement programmes in the UK. Olwen will give an overview of some of the projects she has been working on over the last year.
