Professor O’Leary and Dr. Lucy Jordan in Social Work attended a symposium on Child and Family Development: Policy Administration, and Service in Different Contexts. This was hosted by Peking University, Department of Sociology, Beijing PRC (April 2011).
Lucy Jordan recently taught a summer course to Master of Social Work (MSW) students on Child and Family Social Work at Nanjing University School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Nanjing, PRC as a part of internationalisation collaborations between University of Southampton and Chinese social work departments.
Kish Bhatti-Sinclair recently completed a visit to Pakistan, funded by the School Research Development Fund, as a part of a pilot study on assessment practices in child care homes.
