Tom Garside is a teacher, manager and teacher trainer with over 20 years of experience, most of which has been spent working with Chinese teachers and students across Confucian heritage and Western-paradigm settings.

Tom is also active in teacher training and development projects worldwide, and is on the moderation panel for Trinity College London’s CertTESOL and CertPT qualifications.
