On Friday 17 May we are delighted to be welcoming Nassar Majothi – Director of Systems Integration, HS2, for his seminar: Systems Thinking, Systems Action: A look at everyday leadership challenges through a lens of interdependence
We all know that leaders take action, that is what they do! All too often those actions make things worse or have unforeseen consequences that create new problems. Systems thinking is a powerful approach to aid understanding of problems, but that is not enough, to make a difference there has to be coordinated action too. This talk will cover how leaders can think about the bigger picture, recognise interdependent situations and use simple techniques to devise and take balanced actions that work towards their goals.
