Welcome to the Leaders and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (LEiR) Programme at Southampton Business School (SBS).

In our rapidly changing world, marked by uncertainty and technological advances we need to ensure research has an impact in solving real-world challenges.

We've crafted the LEiR programme to connect industry leaders and entrepreneurs with our academic community.

Our Leaders and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence:

• advise staff on how to increase impact capabilities and successfully connect theory and practice

The Leaders and Entrepreneur-in-Residence (LEiR) program lays the foundations for close collaboration and co-creation activities which ensure impact and scaling relevant innovation and provide a fertile ground for cross-pollination.
