The mental health charity, Mind, have created a student mental health information hub. It contains detailed information about how to cope with the challenges of student life and mental health.

The Student Mental Health Hub has tools, tips, videos and blogs to help you manage your mental health. Watch their videos via the following links:

Alongside these videos, they have webpages dedicated to providing information and support for these themes.

The Student Mental Health Hub also has support information on mental health for specific student communities, including BAME students, disabled students, and LGBTQ+ students.

They also have pages on their website regarding student mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you’re worried or are struggling with something, it can help to talk to someone about what you are going through. If you’re a student, you can find out who you can talk to if you need some support with your mental health and wellbeing. You may also want to visit the Student Space website for more information about support services that you can access.
