This workshop explores questions of gender and bodies and the relationship between them.

You can also book to attend online

Speakers will discuss topics such as:

· How should we understand forms of gendered embodiment?

· How do gender and bodies relate to other areas of our lives, such as parenthood?

· Should we ‘abolish gender’? And if so, what does that involve?

Participants are also invited to attend Elise Woodard (KCL)’s talk at the University of Southampton’s Philosophy Departmental Research Seminar (3pm-5pm) and to join us for dinner or drinks after the Departmental Research Seminar.

You can also have a break instead of attending the seminar and join us for drinks or dinner at 5.15pm.
