Dr Inci Ozturk
Academic Visitor
Inci Ozturk is research assistant in the Department of Educational Administration at Ankara University. She received her Master degree and PhD at Ankara University on Educational Administration.
She received her BA degree from Ondokuz Mayis University on Science Education. She worked as middle school science teacher for Ministry of National Education and official in the Department of Human Resources at Secretariat General for European Union Affairs. Her research interests include organisational imprinting, career imprints, institutionalisation, and organisational ecology. She teaches Turkish Education System and School Management courses at the undergraduate level. She has published articles in national and international journals on organisational restructuring, organisational socialisation, institutionalisation, and career patterns.
Inci Ozturk is studying with Prof. Dr. Yehuda Baruch on career patterns of academics in the Department of HRM and Organisational Behaviour.
