Marco Venturini-Autieri Fluid-Structure Interaction Analysis PhD
Researcher at government-funded knowledge transfer partnership in London
Hi, I'm Marco Venturini-Autieri and I studied Fluid-Structure Interaction Analysis PhD within Engineering and the Environment at the University of Southampton.
I came from a hard five-year engineering degree in Italy, which prepared my theoretical background thoroughly but left much unsaid regarding its practical application. My studies at the University of Southampton definitely complemented my earlier degree.
My choice of Southampton was casual: I did not know or expect much. Throughout the three years I spent there, though, I found many pleasant surprises, both in the University and the town, which could have made my former choice a more reasoned one. The University shone with its offerings of services to students, and the town looked like it was built around them.
