You don’t need an appointment. Just drop-in and speak to one of our friendly support experts.

Our flagship Tech Hub can be found in the Hartley Library offering the widest range of services. Other local Tech Hubs and in-person support can be found across our campuses.

The newly refurbished Tech Hub is located to the right of the main foyer on level 2 of the Hartley Library. It is open Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 17:00 every day the University is open.

Support at our Tech Hub is completely free. However, if you need to buy something to fix an issue - eg: a new piece of equipment or part - then you will need to cover these costs yourself.
I went to the Tech Hub and not only did they fix my problem, they were a great IT crowd to talk to - it was fun!
