Dr Emily Reid accepts promotion as Chair as Professor of International Economic Law and Sustainable Development.

Congratulations to Dr Emily Reid who has been promoted to a Chair as Professor of International Economic Law and Sustainable Development.

Emily plays a major role in the development of education delivery across the Faculty and the excellence of her research is recognised in her multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary work. This was particularly of note in her well-regarded book, Balancing Human Rights, Environment Protection and International Trade (2015) which has been very well received by reviewers for its rigour, originality and significance. It has contributed to Emily’s international profile and is a platform for significant future work.
