Professor of Property Law published in ‘The Impact of the Mortgage Credit Directive in Europe’

Professor of Property Law, Sarah Nield has been published in an edited collection on ‘The Impact of the Mortgage Credit Directive in Europe’ edited by Miriam Anderson and Esther Arroyo Amayuelas. Professor Nield’s chapter subject was on ‘Secured Consumer Credit in England’. The project, which is based at the University of Barcelona, is funded in part by the EU Erasmus+ Programme.
