Southampton represented at Modern Studies in Property Law Conference
Professor Sarah Nield attended the Modern Studies in Property Law Conference from 10-12th April at the University College London.
This biannual conference brings together property law academics from all over the world as well as leading members of the judiciary. At the conference Sarah was asked to give a paper entitled 'How is the fit? The Regulation of Mortgages as Enduring Property Relationships'. An edited version of this paper will subsequently be published in the next prestigious Modern Studies in Property Law Volume.
