Presented by Dr Omar Madhloom, Associate Professor in Law and Legal Clinic Director at the University of Southampton.

Dr Omar Madhloom is a practising solicitor and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE. Omar’s main area of responsibility is supervising students in the Legal Clinic and developing the Law School's Clinical Legal Education programme.

Dr Omar Madhloom’s research explores the philosophical foundations of clinical legal education. He is currently involved in two research projects. The first focuses on the benefits of applying Kant’s philosophy to clinical legal education, while the second project develops a reflective model to address implicit bias in the legal profession.
