FutureLearn Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)
Our successful online FutureLearn MOOC “Developing your Research Project” is aimed at students working on extended projects such as the EPQ or the International Baccalaureate Extended Essay.
Course Details:
· Runs for eight weeks and covers each stage of the research process:

| 2 | Drafting a research proposal |
| 3 | Undertaking research and recording your findings |
| 4 | Choosing an appropriate research methodology |
| 5 | Academic reading |
| 6 | Referencing |
| 7 | Writing up your research |
| 8 | Presenting your research |
· Participation in the course requires approximately one hour per week, with interactive lessons and video guidance from Learn With US Transition researchers.
· Students will have the opportunity to share their ideas with fellow researchers from all over the world, to receive peer feedback on their research proposals and to review and comment on the work of other researchers as they develop their projects.
