Event details

Three Minute Thesis University Grand Final, Thursday 12 May 2016

Using just one PowerPoint slide and no additional props or electronic media, our doctoral researchers have just three minutes to present their doctoral research.

Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) is a skills development activity, developed by the University of Queensland, which challenges doctoral researchers to explain their research project to a non-specialist audience in just three minutes. Competitions take place each year around the world, including at many UK universities which then lead, in the UK, to a national final hosted by Vitae.
