Dr Andrea Margheri is a Research Fellow whose interests are in the area of cyber security of modern computing systems. As part of the European SUNFISH project, his research focuses on cloud computing security and blockchain technology, both as an infrastructure upon which building innovative systems and as securely grounded next generation of blockchain exploitation.
Dr Margheri completed a Public-Policy|Southampton-arranged secondment with the Open Innovation Team at the Cabinet Office, where he developed a prototype for issuing UK Government guarantees to support exporting on a blockchain.
