Public Policy|Southampton

Support for policymakers

Public Policy|Southampton (PPS) works with national, local and international policymakers to ensure that the research conducted here at Southampton supports an evidence-informed policymaking process. In particular, we work with the UK Government departments to respond to their evidence needs through the Departmental Areas of Research Interest; bring civil servants to campus, including via Cambridge Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP); organise placements/secondments of University staff and PhD students into Government; and support with consultation submissions.
