Introduction to Mental Health - What is Normal?

What is this talk/activity about?

Introduction to mental health. Talking to students about normal experiences related to emotions and feelings, and giving example of unusual but normal experiences such as hallucinations, with relatable examples and research evidence.

Introduces students to the concept of unusual but not bad experiences and the spectrum of mental health from Positive to negative.

Involves Quizzes and group discussion.
