Our new Personal Motivation (PM) sessions are about staying active and taking advantage of the University Sports staff working on Highfield Campus. The 45 minute sessions have no agenda but by filling in the pre-session form you can tell our instructors what you are interested to do and how they can create a program to suit you. We are also offering TEAMs training with our staff so you do not have to leave your bedroom/home, these sessions can include a virtual workout, running tips and advice, Nutritional conversation or planning how you are going to do your workout over the month of November. If the weather is bad and you had planned an outdoor session, our staff will suggest that a virtual session takes place.

Our PM sessions are currently only open to University of Southampton students, all attendees must have either a Sports Pass or Student Membership with us. Students please do not forget that the Sports Pass is free, sign-up online today

All PM sessions are bookable via the app.
