Giving your time is a great way to contribute to the University. It is a chance to share your skills and knowledge, gain new experiences and meet like-minded people.
We have a wide range of volunteer roles on offer, both on and off campus. These include meeting prospective students at our open days, becoming a mentor, talking about your role or industry sector at a careers event or helping to organise alumni activities.

We welcome contributions towards our current appeals and areas of strategic priority. Help change lives by giving to our Centre for Cancer Immunology or Gift of Sight appeals. Support talented students to access a Southampton education and enhance the opportunities we can provide for our students through the Student Experience Fund, Student Support Fund or Fund for the Greatest Need.
There are lots of ways to make a donation to the University. You could simply give using our online donation form, or you might be interested in tax-effective methods of giving or how to leave a gift in your Will.
We always appreciate commitments to give regularly, as this helps us to plan for the future. You might consider giving annually or joining the Hartley Circle by committing to donating a certain amount every year.
