Mathematics and Science Learning Centre is offering three days of funded primary science outreach support in November 2014 through our partners Primarily Science.
Mathematics and Science Learning Centre has three days of primary science outreach for primary schools in our locality. The days will be delivered by Debbie Eccles of Primarily Science, who provides professional development in science around the country. The course fee will be recovered by the schools in the form of Science Learning Network impact awards and MSLC bursaries.
The outreach support could focus on the new primary curriculum, assessment, science enquiry (Working Scientifically) or a bespoke area.
- Courses must run on Tuesday 11th, Wednesday 12th or Thursday 13th November 2014
- There must be a minimum of 15 participants - this could be from one school or from a cluster or group of schools and can include teachers and support staff
- The school must have appropriate facilities (meeting room, parking, catering, AV facilities) in order to host the course
Cost: £850, plus VAT (the fee to be claimed back by the school)
