Supplementary exams: Monday 21 August - Friday 1 September (Excluding Bank Holiday Monday 28 August but possibly including Saturday 26 August)
Pre-Sessional exams: Monday 28 August - Friday 8 September (Excluding Bank Holiday Monday 28 August but possibly including Saturday 2 September)
The Semester 2 exam timetable showing dates and times is now published and can be viewed at the bottom of the page (Useful downloads). Please be aware that this could still be subject to change due exceptional circumstances that are out of our control.
Individual timetables will be published by no later than Monday 8 May and can be accessed via your SUSSED account.
Your individual timetable will show a definitive time/date and the location and seat number for your exams. Please use the seating plans which can be found at the bottom of this page to determine your exact location. If you have a missing exam or have been scheduled onto the wrong exam please do not worry but you will need to contact us either in person at Building 37, Room 2083 or by phone 0044 (0) 23 8059 2823 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please note: if exams are cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances (for instance inclement weather, sudden loss of exam venues) they may be rescheduled to any other day within term time at short notice. You should bear this in mind if you plan to leave the campus as you risk being unable to complete your required assessment. This may mean that you are unable to progress your academic studies. Do you have feedback for us? We appreciate any feedback to help us continue to improve our services. If you wish this feedback to remain anonymous then please relay your thoughts to your Student Union Representative (please be aware there may be a delay in us receiving your feedback). If you require a direct reply to your feedback please email firstname.lastname@example.org straight after your exam so we can take action if required in a timely manner. All emails sent to the email address will be replied to.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your exam we commit to carrying out an investigation and responding to you within 48 hours. Please contact us direct on email@example.com as soon as possible after the exam ends (preferably within 12 hours). We are not able to respond to complaints made through social media sites.
If you are experiencing unmanageable levels of stress or anxiety, for which you need support, please contact the First Support team who are the initial point of contact in supporting students during times of crisis. Further information is available from the Counselling Service.
