Kun Duan is current a PhD candidate in Banking and Finance at Southampton Business School. He received one master degree from University of Bath in economics & finance, another master degree from Southwest Jiaotong University in regional economics, and bachelor degree from Southwest Jiaotong University in economics.
He is interested in studying the variations of economic and financial variables across inter-regional markets. His research mainly involves in hedonic pricing theory and spatial-temporal econometrics. Currently, he is working on housing market behaviour in Europe by considering the role of space and macroeconomic variables.
