Access to your University emails anywhere

Office 365 is available to all University of Southampton staff, PGRs and students. Office 365 as a whole encompasses a range of different services that includes emails for students.

Specifically Office 365 Pro Plus refers to the features of cloud storage with OneDrive for Business, Office Online applications and being able to download copies of Office products to you computer or mobile devices. Office 365 for staff

Office 365 gives you access to your University OneDrive where you can create and share Microsoft Office files as well as store other file types. It also includes a suite of Microsoft Office applications which can be downloaded onto 5 different personal devices for free.

What is included with Office 365?

You can access your account by going to go.soton.ac.uk/365login then entering your normal University username and password in the Southampton Logon page.

Office 365 for students

Office 365 is available to all University of Southampton students who have an Office 365 email account.

As well as being able to check your emails, you can access your University OneDrive where you can create and share Microsoft Office files. It also includes a suite of Microsoft Office applications which can be downloaded onto a variety of devices and is completely free of charge, during the time that you are a student with us.

What is included with Office 365?

Email for students

Your emails are provided through Microsoft Office 365, which is a set of web-enabled tools that lets you access your email, documents, contacts and calendars from virtually anywhere, on almost any device.

There are Online Office web apps for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Please note you need to be connected to the internet to use these.

Your can access emails in Office 365 through the email tab found in SUSSED or at outlook.soton.ac.uk
