English Language Qualification
1. With Language Pathway:
Students who achieve IELTS 5.5 overall, or UEC English B4 or equivalent will be required to attend an additional English language module (English for Engineers and Scientists) both in semester 1 and 2.
OR ALTERNATIVELY
2. Non-Language Pathway:
Students who achieve IELTS 6.5 overall, with minimum 6.0 in each component, or Grade C in SPM 1119 English (cohort before 2021), SPM CEFR Level B2 or above (cohort from 2021 onwards), Grade C in GCSE English, Grade A in IGCSE English as a Second Language, B3 in UEC English or equivalent.
