Have you paid your fees?

You can pay your fees by telegraphic transfer or bank draft payable to USMC Sdn Bhd. If paying by bank transfer please quote Customer ID and pay to:

Once you have accepted a full offer, you will be sent an invoice to confirm the amount of fees payable, and receive an official receipt upon payment. You are required to bring this document with you for induction.

1% discount on total tuition fees if the University receives full payment within 5 days after the start of the semester.

For Foundation Students instalments are available in three equal payments, the first being due 5 days after the start of the 1st Semester, the second due 5 days after the start of the 2nd Semester and the third 5 days after the start of the 3rd Semester.

All students are expected to check their email account on a regular basis as all communications regarding your fees will be sent to your email address.

It is the policy of the University to issue refunds where appropriate to students who withdraw or suspend from their course. The refund amount will depend on the timing of the withdrawal and the student's programme of study. Please contact us to get more information about our Engineering Foundation Year refund policy.
