Professor David Owen secures visiting fellowship

Professor David Owen is working on a research project with Professor Peter Niesen (Darmstadt TU): Normative Foundations of Transnational Citizenship. Sponsored by the Exzellenzcluster 'The Formation of Normative Orders' .

This rounds off a busy year for David, having also been appointed Visiting Professor at J.W. Goethe University, Frankfurt also in the summer, and at Centro de Estudios Politicos y Constitucionales, Madrid earlier in the spring.
