We host a number of residential courses and summer schools throughout the year for a range of different subject areas.

University of Southampton Widening Access to Medicine Residential (BM6)

Widening Access to Medicine Taster Course

Our Widening Participation Medicine Taster Course is for students in Year 12 who want to study Medicine at university and intend to apply through a widening access programme.

Experience UoS Residential

This 4 day, 3 night summer residential is a chance to experience the academic and social side of student life at Southampton. With a choice of 12 degree programmes to choose from.

Year 10 Summer School

The Learn with US Summer School is a three-day, two-night residential where you will immerse yourself in university life and experience what it's like to study at a Russell Group University.

Southampton Undergraduate Summer School

Southampton Summer School is a 3-week programme, giving you the opportunity to learn something new or get fresh perspectives on your current studies.

Electronics and Computer Science

If you love maths, technology or science, this course will enable you to apply your skills to computer science and electronic engineering.

Biomedical Electronic Engineering Summer School

Smallpeice STEM summer schools

Smallpeice is an educational charity running summer schools and residentials with universities. This year the University of Southampton is running Ignition and Momentum courses.

LifeLab Summer School

LifeLab would like to invite pupils who are interested in finding out more about becoming a doctor to attend our Summer School and two days at the University Hospital Southampton.
