A panel of leading industrialists and academics joined together to debate the profound effect that Covid-19 has had on our working lives. Many of us have had to learn how to ‘work from home’ (WFH) and upskill our technological skills in order to communicate and collaborate within and beyond our work organisations, we became used to the decoupling of work from physical space and embodied interaction. This event explores this impact and what our 'new ways of working' will look like.

The session took place virtually on 28 February 2022 and was chaired by Professor Pauline Leonard, and featured panellists, Dr Jane Parry, Lecturer in HRM and Organisational Behaviour, University of Southampton, Professor Steven Meers, Head of AI at Dstl, Lohan Presencer, Chairman, Ministry of Sound, and,m.c. schraefel, Professor of Computer Science and Human Performance, University of Southampton.

This is the first in a series of panel events and was held in partnership with the Work Futures Research Centre
