Adrian Kingwell, Managing Director, Mezzo Labs, will present a brief overview of what a web analytics agency does and then describe a "day in the life" of a web analyst. He will talk a little about the different tools that are used, and some examples of the problems solved for clients. He will also explain what the career path for a web analyst would look like. Adrian founded Mezzo Labs in 2006 and in 10 years it has become the largest independent web analytics agency in the UK with global clients such as Barclays Bank and HSBC. Adrian actually graduated with a degree in English, so is proof you don't need to be a genius at mathematics in order to understand what the numbers are telling you. In his presentation he will talk about his company and clients, what his analysts do and what tools they use. He will also answer questions about starting your career in analytics and the job opportunities in the market.

Adrian Kingwell,Mezzo Labs,is the Managing Director of Mezzo Marketing Ltd (now trading as Mezzo Labs), a web analytics agency based in the heart of London. His background is in software sales and marketing and has worked for many companies in the IT sector from start-ups to large multi-nationals.
