This event will take place on 15th October, as part of the Ada Lovelace day celebrations that are taking place across the UK. It’s a free event, taking place in 85/2207 from 1-4pm, with refreshments.

Come along for an opportunity to hear about how Ada inspired the career of Dr Honora Smith, a member of staff at the university who is related to Ada. You can also be inspired by and have your perceptions changed by women who work in the Centre for Biological Sciences, from PhD students to lecturers. In advance, please think of a woman who has inspired you and why.
