Electrochemical Engineering integrates science and engineering aspects of electrochemical technology.  Our areas of expertise include:

Research in surface and electrochemical engineering is enabled by funding from and collaboration with a number of organizations including ONR (US Navy), Rolls-Royce, FAG, Timken, Smiths Aerospace, Element Six, BP, Westland Helicopters, BNFL (British Nuclear Fuels), QinetiQ, NPL (National Physical Laboratory), Heriot-Watt University, Nottingham University, University of Wales Swansea, DSTL Porton Down, EPSRC, Johnson Matthey Fuel Cells, INEOS Chlor Chemicas, The Royal Society and the University of Alicante.
