Assessment Timetables


The assessment periods will comprise of closed book assessments and online. 

Academic Year 2022/23 Assessment Dates:

Semester 1 assessment: Monday 16 January - Friday 27 January 2023 (possibly including Saturday 21 and 28 January).

Semester 2 assessment: Monday 22 May - Friday 10 June 2023 (excluding Public Holiday Monday 29 May but possibly including Saturday 28 May and Saturday 4 June).

Supplementary Assessment: Monday 21 August - Friday 1 September 2023 (possibly including Saturday 26 August).

Generic Timetable - Semester 1 Assessments 2023

The timetable showing dates and times for the Semester 1 assessments which are due to run from Monday 16 January - Friday 27 January will be published here at the bottom of the page under 'Useful Downloads' by no later than Friday 25 November 2022

We would advise that this is still subject to change due to 'exceptional circumstances' so please check this website frequently until your individual timetable is published.

Individual Assessment Timetables : Semester 1 Assessments 2023

Your individual timetable will be published by no later than Thursday 22 December 2022 and can be accessed via your SUSSED account, by clicking on the Exam Timetable icon

Your individual timetable shows a definitive time/date, if your assessment is 'in person' you will also see the location and seat number.  Please use the seating plans which can be found at the bottom of this page to determine your exact location.  If you have a missing assessment or have been scheduled onto the wrong assessment please do not worry but you will need to contact us either by email or by phone 0044 (0) 23 8059 2823.

Important Notice:

If assessments have to be cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g. inclement weather, sudden loss of venues) they may be rescheduled at short notice to an alternative date within term time. If you plan to leave the campus during term time, you risk being unable to attend your assessment. This may affect your academic progress.
