Contact us: drop-in service and appointments

The Visa and Immigration Student Advice Service (VISAS Team) offers a drop-in service and appointments for students.

The drop-in service is aimed at students who have a quick question about their visa or immigration status for studying in the UK.

Appointments are for more lengthy enquiries. We offer visa advice appointments and visa compliance appointments. To find out what will happen at your appointment and what you need to bring to your appointment, please read the information for the relevant type of appointment.

The Immigration Rules and visa application process inside the UK changed in November 2018. Our webpages will be updated with further details soon. In the meantime, you can find more information about the changes to the visa application process on the UK Visas and Immigration website.
