Here, in the University of Southampton, we have one of the largest groups of internationally-active Psychology research staff in the UK.
In Psychology, we try to promote a close relationship between research and enterprise. We can offer methodologies and expertise, new innovative ideas and high quality advice. In this way we can assist organisations in their development, gaining competitive edge on problem solving.
We are highly committed to the work we do. That commitment extends to ensuring that the results of our research have optimum impact on the world we live in. This is not only the longer-term grant-funded projects usually associated with a Russell Group university. We have also worked with a range of organisations on smaller projects, and on developing generic 'template' solutions which can then be readily customised, quickly and at lower cost: the essence of enterprise.
The pages that follow showcase some of our enterprise and partnership activities.
