Hydrologists work in managing, monitoring and protecting water and water resources. They can be involved in planning, development and sustainable use of natural and domestic water resources. They use detailed data sources, computer modeling and other resources to collect, analyse and interpret data. They ensure the safe, sustainable and environmentally sound management of water resources.
