(c) Ensuring that the project has followed the quality assurance sign-off process;
(d) Outsourcing specialist legal advice on the regulatory environment of any overseas country where the partnership/collaboration is taking place; and
(e) Drafting and negotiating the agreements to ensure that all regulatory requirements have been met and that a legally enforceable contract is put in place that clearly sets out each parties’ obligations.
