Research Projects

Previously I participated in research projects studying Phylogeography of Toona ciliate in China inferred from cpDNA markers and ecological niche model analyses.

Currently, I am interested on biofilm formation, because it is an issue of considerable concern in healthcare. I focus on experimental research, such as molecular biology techniques, protein expression, infection modelling and cell culture and so on.
