Visiting during COVID-19

To safeguard the wellbeing of our students and staff our campuses are essentially closed to visitors. Key research facilities are open, but most of our staff are working from home when they’re not involved in face-to-face teaching of medicine, health science, or PGCE students. 

Visitors are not allowed on campus without:
•    a confirmed appointment
•    a visitor’s pass

You’ll need to get in touch with the member of staff that you’re visiting for more information.

•    Find out which buildings and services are open

Come by train

Southampton is 2 hours from London and has direct connections to many other cities.

Southampton Airport

Connect to many European destinations. The airport is just a 12-minute bus ride from Highfield Campus.

Coach services

Several coach companies run services to Southampton and Winchester.
