Dr Alexandra Kermack is an NIHR Clinical Lecturer of Obstetrics and Gynaecology within Medicine at the University of Southampton
Interested in the effect of lifestyle and nutrition on the developing embryo and women’s health
My research examines the effect of lifestyle, specifically diet, on fertility and pregnancy outcomes. I am interested in studying the periconceptual period of time as an opportunity to alter the health of mothers and their offspring. My research to date has had an emphasis on the effect of omega 3 on embryo development.
