Alastair is an experienced international consultant and change leader. He has over 30 years’ experience of developing, selling and delivering programmes in Innovation, Strategy, Lean and Service Transformation to international clients in professional services and industry. He has worked in large global businesses and founded small niche consultancies. He is effective at working at board and operational level, exploiting new thinking and IT in business and has demonstrated an innovative and collaborative approach in his work. He is an effective communicator being a published business author, conference and seminar speaker and experienced facilitator. Underpinning his consulting career is a background in engineering and management. He has set up two companies and developed and sold a number of innovative service products.
