Dr Graham Baxendale is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Southampton.

I have been teaching full time at the University of Southampton since 2011 on a variety of sociology, social policy and criminology courses. I previously taught at the University Of Wyoming in the USA.

Research interests

My research is mainly in the history of sexuality and sexual regulation. I have also researched and published on formal and informal work in the UK.

The Discursive Production of Homosexual Regulation (supervised by Professor Derek McGhee and Professor Susan Halford)

Book Chapter

In addition to being module convener for Social Problems and Social Policy (SOCI1003) and Class Structure and Social Inequality (SOCI2017), I teach on a wide range of courses in sociology, social policy and criminology.
