Neha Mathew is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Fashion Marketing and Leadership at the University of Southampton’s Winchester School of Art. Her work sits at the intersection of fashion marketing, circular design, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and social impact, with a particular focus on how creative practice and enterprise can support more responsible and regenerative fashion systems.
Her research and practice draw on over eight years of experience across the fashion industry, spanning roles as a designer, entrepreneur, educator, and circular design researcher. She is particularly interested in sustainability-driven innovation, leadership development, and the role of entrepreneurship in enabling systemic change within the fashion sector.
Neha holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of the Arts London and is an accredited professional coach through Team Akatemia UK. Alongside her academic role, she provides freelance mentoring and coaching in leadership, enterprise development, and team building, supporting individuals and organisations in creative and educational contexts.
