Medicine

You'll study in a nurturing environment, praised by the General Medical Council for student support. Exposure to the full range of clinical practice, in the community and in specialised centres, will build lasting skills. Our courses are based on the latest research, in areas as diverse as cancer, genomics, osteoporosis, asthma and nutrition. Our undergraduate offering includes a widening participation degree, giving you the chance to fulfil your medical potential whatever your background. At postgraduate level, our taught degrees focus on specific areas of research excellence and can be studied full or part-time.

I have a keen interest and passion for supporting students with mental health difficulties, which forms a large part of my work. I work hard at prompting positive mental health and encouraging students to seek support at the earliest opportunity.
