Francisco is a Postgraduate Researcher and Associate Lecturer based in the School of Law at the University of Southampton.
Francisco is a member of the Centre for International Law and Globalisation, Law and Technology Centre, and Centre for Private and Commercial Law.
Francisco’s research focuses on the Financial Regulation of Digital Assets with particular focus on the implications for the International Monetary System and Financial Stability deriving from the possible launch of the Central Bank Digital Currencies.
Francisco is a Visiting Lecturer at ESCP Business School, London Campus.
